Two early-morning sprint sessions, with plenty of coffee. Set a goal. Work for 45 minutes. Chat about how it went. Repeat.
When you arrive, we'll have you set a quantitative goal on our giant chalkboard. When 45 minutes is up, we'll bring you back to the board to rate your effort.
We'll provide all the coffee, tea, fancy water, and light snacks to help keep you going.
But most important: we'll help keep you accountable.
This event consists of two of our sprint sessions, back to back.
