As part of our monthly series of rare and experimental music nights, New York City based singer-songwriter and banjo player Ben ‘Baby’ Copperhead performs a trio set with roots in folk and protest song given an experimental and out there slant.Kramer of the Shimmy-Disc label has said “Ben is the real thing. Like Elvis, like Björk, like Glenn Gould, or Nina Simone, he’s a truly original talent, burning bright as the sun. There’s just no one else like him.”
