Train-assisted ride, starting from Maidenhead and riding via Jubilee River and Windsor, to return to Ealing.
About this Event

Meet at Ealing Town Hall from 9.45am for a prompt 10am departure.

This is a train-assisted ride. We will take the 10.23 Elizabeth Line service from Ealing Broadway to Maidenhead.

Please note: If you use Oyster, this is valid only as far as West Drayton, and you will need to buy an additional ticket for the rest of the journey; in which case, please book your tickets in advance. Otherwise, contactless (i.e. bank card or phone payment system) can be used for the whole journey.

On arriving at Maidenhead, we will follow National Cycle Route 4 , which is mainly off road, across Windsor Great Park, and reaching Windsor for a lunch stop.

After lunch, we ride on through Eton and use quiet roads through Harmondsworth, Harlington and Cranford, reaching Norwood Green and the Grand Union Canal in Hanwell, returning to Ealing by approx 4pm.

This is a ride of approx. 42km/ 26 miles, with very few gradients.
