Join us on Thursday 26th September for the EALC's 80th Annual General Meeting at Colchester Stadium.
Each year, we showcase our Annual General Meeting solely for our membership, Local Parish and Town Councils. We understand the vital role they play in enriching our communities, and we as a County Association, will continue to provide high-quality services to support their work.
This afternoon/evening event is free of charge to our affiliated member councils. There will be complimentary tea and coffee throughout the day, with the chance for you to coordinate with stall holders and enjoy presentations from our keynote speakers and exhibitors. A hot buffet dinner will also be provided for the opportunity to network.
To celebrate 80 years of the EALC, an upcoming awards ceremony will serve as a platform to honour and acknowledge the remarkable achievements of our member councils. Categories include-
- Letchwood Memorial Award (Clerk of the Year)
- Council of the Year
- Councillor of the Year
- Long Service Award
The awards will be presented to individuals who have exhibited exceptional dedication and service within the sector.
