About this Event
If you're like us, you could never get tired of seeing Bald Eagles.
Here's your chance to see dozens -- even more -- Bald Eagles! Conowingo Dam at Fisherman's Park is one of the largest congregations of migrating Bald Eagles in the Mid-Atlantic. So, we're taking a roadtrip to see the eagles.
Time-permitting, we'll go next door and visit Susquehanna State Park for a good old-fashioned bird walk, but the eagles will be the stars on the show on this day.
You'll meet us at Fisherman's Park, coordinates are 39.65565, -76.17359, look for the DC BIRD ALLIANCE banner. Bring your cameras and bring your layers! It's November and we'll be close to the water. Also, bring your car covers!
** The vultures at Fisherman's Park are known to go after any kind of rubber on cars. **
See you outside!
