INTRODUCTIONCongratulations on taking this important step towards becoming an Eagle Scout! Life Scouts whom have prepared their Eagle Scout Project Proposal must seek approval from the District or Council Advancement Committee BEFORE they begin any work on their project.
OVERVIEW
Representatives from both the District (Red River and Greenbelt) and Council Advancement Committees will be on hand to review, offer insight, and approve Eagle Scout Project Proposals. Scouts need only register for one of four 15 minute time slots being offered. Scouts should come prepared to present their Eagle Scout Project Proposal to reviewers and have the following items:
1. Eagle Scout Project Proposal (FIRST section of the workbook; must be the current workbook);
2. Eagle Scout Project Proposal must have the four (4) required signatures (Candidate, Unit Leader, Unit Committee, Project Beneficiary) in the Project Proposal Section (first section) of the Eagle Scout Project Workbook; and
3. Scoutbook log-in information to review advancement history and discuss Eagle Scout Rank Application process.
