🧤 Grab your gloves and binoculars and get ready for Eagle Days 2026! Learn about eagles and other migratory birds visiting Lake Springfield this winter 🦅❄️📅 Sat., Jan. 17 | FREE for all ages!
View eagles in the wild, with the assistance of volunteers, or take a hike around the park to spot birds on your own. Bring your own binoculars, scopes or cameras, or borrow equipment provided by the Missouri Department of Conservation at the Boathouse (5324 S. Kissick Ave.) ⏰ 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
Also enjoy 1-hour indoor eagle programs, crafts and activities offered by MDC staff and Dickerson Park Zoo at the Springfield Conservation Nature Center (4601 S. Nature Center Way) ⏰ 10 a.m., 11 a.m. or noon.
