Are you an adult who has always wanted to learn to fly but don't know where to start? This event is for you! Join us Saturday, May 18 at our chapter hangar. Doors open at 8:00 am, program at 8:30 am, followed by Eagle flights with event ending at approximately noon. At our EAA Chapter 252 Learn to Fly Day you will learn what is involved in learning to fly - FAA requirements, where to find training, estimated costs, and more. This educational morning will also include an Eagle flight with a volunteer pilot. Participants will be matched with a volunteer pilot - weather and volunteer pilot availability permitting, flights will take place that morning. This event will take place rain or shine and flights will be scheduled for a later time if necessary. Space is limited, so register early. This event is free. You must be 18 or older to participate. You do not need to be an EAA member to attend. https://flyingstart.org/?688
