Bring the whole crew – kids, spouses, significant others, and even drone pilots. All are welcome! (Kids can order off the kids menu at menu price)
The Infamous Chapter 19 White Elephant Gift Exchange Rules are simple:
1. Raid your hangar, toolbox, or that scary shelf labeled “misc avionics – maybe works.”
2. Wrap something aviation-related or gloriously useless.
Acceptable offerings include (but are not limited to):
- A cracked first generation iPad mini still proudly displaying 2017 charts
- One lonely wheel chock (its partner achieved solo flight in 2019)
- The mystery key to an airplane you sold during the Clinton administration
- A 'slightly bent' propeller
- An expired headset foam that smells like 100LL
- A squawk sheet from 1998
- Or, if you really love your chapter and chaos, that Bose A30 you “never really bonded with”
New gifts welcome, but real hangar treasures get bonus points. Participation is technically optional… but if you show up empty-handed, your name will be recorded by our secretary as an officer candidate for the next election.
