This Summit is the inaugural effective altruism (EA) conference organised to bring together the various NZ EA communities. Whether you have been involved with EA for years, or working in a relevant area and keen to explore, this is the best NZ opportunity to connect, exchange ideas, and discover actionable ways to make an impact. You can expect:
- World-class speakers covering a broad range of cause areas, including global health, disaster-resilient food systems, AI safety, economics of charitable behavior, chicken welfare, and regulatory reform. These speakers bring deep connections to Aotearoa and diverse perspectives from both within and outside traditional EA circles.
