About this Event
In this workshop, we'll explore how circular business models can be designed and developed using the 9-R-Strategies (Refuse, Rethink, Reduce, Reuse, Repair, Refurbish, Remanufacture, Repurpose, Recycle). - Identify opportunities within your current or future business to implement circular strategies.
- Develop a concrete business model canvas integrating the 9-R-Strategies.
- Explore case studies of successful circular economy-driven businesses.
- Engage in hands-on activities to practice applying the strategies to real-world business challenges.
