E4 Youth's MLK Act of Service Day
Join us as we honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s legacy and vision of a beloved community through E4 Youth’s Service & Learning Project at Kenny Dorham’s Backyard, a vibrant part of East Austin’s African American Cultural Heritage District.
Guided by Dr. King’s question, “What are you doing for others?” this initiative invites participants to engage in meaningful service, help preserve local history, and enhance this vital cultural space.
Come be a part of this celebration of community, history, and collective action!
Schedule:
Grounds Improvement
Time: 1 PM - 4 PM
Description: E4 Youth staff members and volunteers will participate in cleaning, organizing, and improving the backyard.
Please confirm your registration to attend! We are looking to serve our community with 60 volunteers.
