Join us for an inspiring evening of creativity and community!🧵 About the Workshop
Steve Prince, Director of Community Engagement and Distinguished Artist in Residence at the Muscarelle Museum of Art, will guide you in creating meaningful quilt squares that tell YOUR story. No artistic experience required—just bring your imagination!
🎨 Two Quilts, One Community
Your squares will contribute to:
The Gloucester250 Quilt
America's Great Birthday Quilt—a monumental 5 ft x 250 ft quilt celebrating our nation's semiquincentennial, debuting in 2026
See What's Already Been Created!
Our community has been crafting beautiful squares featuring butterflies, floral patterns, musical notes, messages of faith and hope, beehives symbolizing community, and so much more. Each square is unique and tells a personal story—yours can too!
