It is Time!For all current and past U.S. Armed Forces and family members that supported the E-4 mission, we have a plan in place to gather and celebrate the E-4 50th Anniversary Reunion next year, 27 - 29 June 2025. The Courtyard Marriott Bellevue (402-408-5300) currently has a block of rooms available for those dates under the E-4 50 Year Reunion. We recommend making your reservations soon.
Friday afternoon at 6pm, we gather at the Beardmore Event Center, Bellevue, Nebraska, located at 3750 Raynor Parkway (Near the major intersection of 36th Street and Hwy 370 and connected to the Courtyard Hotel). This will be an icebreaker event with drinks (alcohol and non-alcohol) served at an open bar along with hors d’oeuvres.
Saturday starts with a tour of the E-4B on Offutt AFB expecting to start around 10am (subject to aircraft availability). Details will follow soon on how to sign up on the Entry Authorization List. On Saturday afternoon we gather for cocktails 5pm with dinner at 6pm. Again, at the Beardmore Center with open bar and, of course, fellowship with our team mates. We will have a professional photographer to take pictures. No speeches. No dress code. Just fun!
Note: There will be a sign in table at the door with your name tags and coins.
Sunday is open for smaller gatherings, or anything else you would like to do.
To “sign up” simply send a check, cashier’s check or interbank transfer to Malvern Bank. Make the check payable to: E-4 50 Year Reunion. Remember to include your name and family members name who will be attending to Denise, our personal banker at Malvern for this event. Also, please let either Tom or Wes know when you have sent in your funds, and we will send you a confirmation of the deposit., which helps us with headcount.

The cost includes Friday and Saturday night food and drink plus an event challenge coin once you sign in on either night. The cost is $100 per person We cannot accept cash at the door, as we are setup as a non-profit, and need to record all our financial transactions.
