Margate’s very first Día de los Muertos family friendly event. An event celebrating and honouring loved ones that have passed on by keeping their memory alive. Feel free to bring photo’s, offerings, or notes to add to our communal alter. Skelton face paint and traditional clothing are encouraged. This event is free, but donations are appreciated. Proceeds will be given to CHIRLA (The Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights) and ICWC (Immigration Center for Women and Children) to help support immigrant families and help organise against ICE in the US.
