Lama Lena (Yeshe Kaytup) is a teacher of Direct Mind Perception meditation (Dzogchen & Mahamudra) and a lineage holder of several Tibetan Buddhist traditions.
Dzogchen, a Tibetan Buddhism tradition of self-liberation, is an advanced form of meditation that must be taught by a qualified teacher. We are fortunate to have such a skilled an experience teacher as Lama Lena come to us in person.
We love hosting Lama Lena. Her teaching style is very relatable and down-to-earth. She is revered by students around the world for her exceptional ability to share profound teachings in a clear, poetic, and humorous way.
When: May 31 to June 2
Friday 7-9, Saturday and Sunday 11-1
You can also view the teaching live on her YouTube and Facebook channels. See links to those below.
How Much: Lama Lena has vowed not to charge for her teachings. However, if you are able, and you received benefit from her teachings you can make an offering (called dana) in person at Lotus Light. Or you can donate through Lama Lena’s Paypal.
Registration: No registration required. You are welcome to just show up. Please arrive early so you can be seated before Lama Lena arrives. Flowers for the shrine are also most welcome.
Donations to Lotus Light are also always welcome.
