Taught by DYU's lead instructor Derik Eselius, our weekly class is an opportunity to study classical Hatha yoga in a dedicated format.
Derik presents a unique theme every month, that is rooted in traditional yogic principles. As the weeks pass, students accumulate workshop quality lessons. Every class includes a deep practice session; complete with asana, bandha, pranayama & meditation.
For June, the theme is YOGA & PEACE OF MIND.
