Dysfunctional Disco would love to invite to join in on another immersive electronic music night at DeVille’s. This time on the Line up we have Pino mother of Dysfunctional Disco, and LN.
Dysfunctional Disco vision is to create kind, safe and judgment free spaces for all you beautiful humans to express yourself, so please stay awesome and respectful. We love music and deeply respect the dance floor, this sacred space is for dancing not talking.
Since somewhere in the heady haze of the late 90s, LN has been moving minds from basements to beaches and fields to floors, with a sound that refuses to be tied down.
Drawing from years of crate-digging, trainspotting and late night ‘research sessions’ - weaving together house, techno, funk, breaks and whatever else is good.
Known for reading a crowd as much as leading it, brings an energy that’s as comfortable in a club as it is under open skies.
Expect deep cuts, hard left turns, and a bunch of big doof energy.

Pino is renowned for her high energy sets with rollicking techno bass lines layered with lashings of house and deeper grooves, alongside tech and indie, all infused with old-school rave influences. She plays a wide variety of sounds ranging from disco and house to slamming 140 bpm techno.
She has featured at some of NZ’s biggest outdoor festivals including Rhythm & Alps, Twisted Frequency, Aum,Luminate, Splore, Shipwrecked, Taniwha’s Den, Rolling Meadows, and supported Out Of Sorts, Made in Paris, Sanoi, Logan Baker, Grouch, AIO and many more.
In 2022 she started running her own events called Dysfunctional Disco and has so far showcased Body Ocean, Kristin Velvet, Hey Lady, Cyril Orson, Communicate, Mamadafunk and Warp
She also has a House/Disco indie (genre mashing) music collaboration called Casual Rehab, with accomplished Kiwi DJ and producer, Warp.�Pino believes that music and dance has the power to connect, heal and expand consciousness, describing it as “sustenance for the soul”.
