The Polish Grodziskie style ale was nearly extinct until a group of Polish homebrewers decided to research and revive the style. This is a low abv, sessionable, beer brewed with Oak Smoked Wheat Malt, floral Saaz hops and a neutral ale yeast strain. The smoked malt and hop character are quite in balance which leads to a wonderful, light, refreshing, and interesting beer. This batch was brewed for this year's Dyngus Day Celebration. Na Zdrowie!
