This class is suitable for people with 6 months plus previous Yoga experience who have a good basic level of fitness as elements of each session will be physically challenging. In this course, you will explore the connection between your head and hips by moving your spine. This will enable you to build more strength, flexibility and resilience. The aim of this course is to have fun and to move your body in lots of different ways.
Each session incorporates natural breathing techniques and finishes with a relaxation to allow students to experience some peace and calm.
