Dynamic Portraits with Oil Pastels

We'll be playing with texture and color with these dynamic portraits! Think more like Picasso or Matisse rather than traditional portraiture :) We'll start by collaging paper to create texture, then review portraiture and how you can play with proportion, shapes and composition. For color, we'll add layers of oil pastels that will create complex colors and interesting marks! We can fine tune details as we go but you'll walk away with a fun, playful, dynamic portrait.
