The body, mind, and intellect are windows - they reflect our nature when closed …these same windows let in our nature when open.
All action begins with consciousness and thought.
It doesn’t matter how subtle your action is, and inaction is impossible.
Belief, attention, and intention over time lead to powerful results.
Dynamic Movement
Build on your solid foundation with playful and expressive exploration.
Students will improvise movements in response to one another, percussion, music, maybe even poetry. A little dance, a little theater, a little asana.
Expect that each student will explore the physical practice in different ways, including as completely internalized practices.
Regain strength and dynamism.
Masks required, previous skills aren’t. All bodies welcome.
