In this special partner-style class, you and a friend will share one reformer for a circuit-style workout, rotating on and off the equipment while supporting, motivating, and moving together.Included in this class as a special gift is a signature pair of Reformer grippy socks so you and your bestie can be Galentine's Twinsies!
Expect a balanced mix of reformer exercises and complementary mat or standing work, so both partners stay active throughout the class. You’ll build strength, improve mobility, and challenge your core - while laughing, cheering each other on, and soaking up all the good Galentine’s energy.
This class is all about connection, community, and feeling strong together. No experience needed - just bring a friend you love moving with.
