Welcome to the first session of our Dying Matters Event at Willow Wood Hospice! Join us for a thought-provoking discussion on hospice care, end-of-life and navigating grief. This in-person event aims to provide a safe space for open conversations about death and dying, with this year's theme as language used around death and dying. Our experienced team will guide you through the hospice services and important topics such as Advanced Care Planning, Spirituality, Dementia, Bereavement Support and Palliative Care. Don't miss this opportunity to gain valuable insights into hospice services and connect with others who are interested and the official opening of "The Santuary" - a space for reflection, remembrance, prayer and peace within the hospice.
