Dying Before Dying: Ritual and Ceremony in Life and Death

These are some areas that Christina Pateros welcomes into the conversation in this presentation on conscious living and dying including practices honoring the impermanence of embodied life as we know it.

Exploring the great mystery of death may be one key to free creative living. In practicing “dying before dying,” we may find a way to release ourselves from the anxiety of the unknown that lies beyond this human lifetime.
