Join us for an energizing Barre & HIIT combo class. A mix of small barre moves, and functional intervals for a full-body workout all set outdoors for an extra boost of fresh air to welcome summer. After class stick around for a tie-dye party!! We'll provide the t-shirt and supplies to create your masterpiece. *Please answer the t-shirt size question at sign up*
Class is 60-minutes, please allow for 30-60 minutes after to tie-dye.
Sign up early and let us know your shirt size so we can pre-order the H2L t-shirts. As we get closer to the event, sizes of shirts will be first come first serve for last-minute sign-ups. Shirts are not guaranteed for last-minute signs ups.
This class will be held outdoors, please wear sneakers and something comfortable (that you don't mind if you get tie-dye on!)
