In this workshop, we will get you up and running to understand your key responsibilities under the new Psychosocial health and safety Regulations in Victoria. We will look at practical steps to build capability to proactively identifying psychosocial hazards using your current data and organisational trends. This training is suitable for safety roles, HR professionals and any other roles who have a leadership role when it comes to managing psychosocial health and safety.
Through an interactive workshop, attendees will gain an understanding of:
- The new Psychosocial regulations and what they mean for you and your organisation
- Using a systemic lens to address psychosocial hazards in the workplace
- Practical steps to begin to understand and analyse employee trends
- Actions to build collaboration and shared understanding across teams
- Identifying and prioritising psychosocial risk mitigation steps
