The Trap Yoga Bae Experience is a Vinyasa-style experience, backed to the heavy bass and hypnotic rhythms of trap music!
To spark that "good vibes only" energy in our body and in our �’s, we’ll begin our experience with a 30 min DJ set to get your body moving + get that beat bumping , maybe a lil twerk-it-out stretch, and set the tone. We’ll let our bodies flow + take TWERK BREAKS to the beats of a live DJ for 45 minutes.
Plus all the Ratchet Affirmations™ you know and love to get that mind right, tight, and ready for self-love!
Together, we’ll close out the class with a quick turn up + a healing cooldown.
Then you’re free + in flow to take on your weekend, rest, or show out for your community.

The Trap Yoga Bae Communications team will log off of emails 15 minutes after the event start time and will not be available to assist . Please register for the zoom event in advance and reach out with any questions minimum 30 minutes prior to event start time .

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Trap Yoga Bae uses cussing for emphasis, so at least 16+, please!
What is your late policy?
DOORS OPEN 30 MINS BEFORE CLASS
Class begins promptly. No entry allowed after class begins, we start on time bih! No refunds for late arrival or missed classes. Plan accordingly.
What can I bring into the event?
-Comfortable clothing
-Yoga mat (there will be some for rent if you do not have one)
-Open mind (this is a judgment-free space and we will need you to open your mind to keep it that way)
- PLEASE DO NOT BRING PURSES, BAGS OR OTHER LARGE ITEMS TO THIS EVENT. There will be no place to store them and you'll be asked to take them back to your car. No Exceptions. *** We are not responsible for lost or stolen items left in your car. *** Water will be available for purchase.
