We’re back with another exciting Holland in the Valley Alumni Event! Join us on Thursday, 16th May 2024 at the Netherlands Consulate in San Francisco to connect with fellow alumni and academic entrepreneurs from Dutch research universities.

This event is particularly significant as we welcome and the to the Bay Area, alongside the Internships in the Valley program. With this collaboration, we're aiming for a bigger and more diverse networking evening.Don’t miss this opportunity to reconnect with academic entrepreneurs and alumni from Dutch universities, such as Utrecht University, Leiden University, Maastricht University, Tilburg University, University of Amsterdam, and VU Amsterdam.

Experience an engaging panel discussion and join us for a discussion about the role of universities as innovation drivers. Gain valuable insights into the impact of academic initiatives like Internships in the Valley and Academic Startup Competition and learn why Silicon Valley has become a global model for successful technology transfer.

is a unique program that guides master’s/PhD students and recent graduates to find paid internship positions at companies in the US. With 27 interns matched so far and a growing pool of motivated candidates from the Netherlands, the program is actively seeking mentors to guide prospective interns and new partner companies looking for top talent. This is a great chance to connect with young minds and contribute to the growing Dutch community in the Bay Area.

Serving as a vital link between the Netherlands and Silicon Valley, the Holland in the Valley network is focused on growing its strong community of over 1,200 alumni of Dutch universities in the Bay Area.
