Join York Musical Society for an uplifting evening as we sing Duruflé's Requiem and Goodall's Eternal Light at St Lawrence Parish Church, with harp, piano and organ accompaniment.
Maurice Duruflé’s Requiem is a work of atmospheric beauty and serenity, combining Gregorian chant melodies with more modern harmonies.
Howard Goodall’s Eternal Light uses Latin text and English poems in a beautiful, contemporary ‘Requiem for the living’.

Tickets are available on the door on the night but it will be CASH ONLY as we have no facility to take other payments.
