Join Durham County Extension Agents to learn to process poultry!

Attend our workshop to learn how to use our Mobile Poultry Processing Unit to process your poultry on the farm.

Participants will have the opportunity to learn:

• Hands-on processing
• The exemption and inspection process to sell meat
• Food Safety and Biosecurity
• Pastured Poultry Management
• and much more!

The cost is $25 to attend, and will include a catered lunch.

This training is required to rent our Mobile Poultry Processing Unit
