- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of advance
- Non-payment by the final deadline will result in automatic cancellation

- The organizers will provide basic stall setup; any special customization is to be arranged by the brand
- Food and beverage brands must have FSSAI licenses
- Brands must ensure cleanliness discipline and respect for cultural sentiments
