In 2025, the IDC Winner of many Sarad Samman Awards - (Best Venue, Rituals and Safety Measures) is poised to mark its eighth year of celebration, following a magnificent and prosperous seven-year journey of Puja festivities. Each passing year has seen the committee striving to introduce fresh and innovative elements while simultaneously enhancing one particular aspect of their event. The year 2022 witnessed remarkable progress in the food section, and in 2024, the committee not only excelled in the culinary offerings but also successfully orchestrated a flawless and exceptional cultural event, a task that had posed challenges in the past.
Now, the IDC extends a warm invitation to individuals who wish to join them as Working Committee members, becoming an integral part of the grand Puja celebration. By doing so, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the committee in support of this noble initiative, which ultimately aims to create a lasting legacy for the next generation. Ritual will start from Mahalaya as on 21st September 2025 Sunday at 11:30am, Maha Sashti 28th September at 5 pm till Bijoya Dashami 2nd October 2025 followed by Kojagori Lakhi Puja as on 6th October Monday.In IDC our main motto is to perform Durga Puja with utmost devotion. We will follow the rituals as strictly as we can. Pronouncing mantras properly is a part of our core theme. Please join us with your family and friends to celebrate Durgapuja 2025 at Commercial Rowing club (near Phoenix Park). We have something for all ages, let's share the joy enrich our souls and enjoy the festivities in the family environment. Every evening we have some kind of cultural program for kids and family (like, sit and draw, dance program (classical and Bollywood), music, instrumental, sat-sang).
This ticket price is not charged for the ONLY Prasad (Lunch/Dinner) rather we will accept this in the form of contribution from all of you to manage this 5 Days Mega Cultural event (Including Hall Booking for 7 Days, Decoration, Cleaning, Handover, Idol Shipment, movement and storage, Every days two times Bhog Preparation, Puja Rituals, Cultural Event, Volunteer Efforts, Arrangement - All these not for one day rather 5 continuous Days - Day and night).
