Durango Daze IICome and sample some of Colorado’s world-famous roadways in the southwest corner of the state. Experience high mountain passes, deep red rock canyons, via peaceful and scenic 2-lane roads with very few traffic lights. Visit historic western towns, even ghost towns, and played out silver and gold mines. Come and ride the “Million Dollar Highway.” Enjoy such roads as CO-145 between the towns of Dolores and Telluride over Lizard Head Pass. Do you want more curves? Ride US-160 between Pagosa Springs and South Fork via Wolf Creek Pass. The “Durango Daze (Double D)” just for fun event is scheduled for September 11-14, 2025. Check-in on Thursday afternoon and depart on Sunday morning, which will give you two full days of riding and exploring in the area.
