This duo Straps class is intended to safely start you on your duo aerial journey by developing core strength, grip strength, shoulder strength, full body endurance and flexibility, all while learning timing and connection with a partner. Skills taught will include basic climbs, tricks, and sequences. Some aerial experience is required, the Intro to Aerials class is recommended before trying this class. No dedicated partner required.
