This program is designed to provide a space for job seekers to meet and share their experiences as they acquire a better understanding of the Finnish labor market.
The aim of the group:
✅Strengthen participants’ social networks
✅Increase participants’ knowledge and skills on each session’s topic
✅Support participants’ ability to cope with their daily life and improve their wellbeing
✅Share employment-related struggles and coping strategies with peers in a similar situation.
