We invite and encourage all local actors to audition for our upcoming production of Duo/Duet: An Evening of Bite-Sized Theatre. This unique cabaret-style performance offers a collection of comedic and dramatic 10-minute scenes, a fun night for both lovers of theater and those who love theater in small doses. Proceeds from the performance will benefit Cookeville Children's Theatre and Storyteller House!Who Can Audition
Actors of all kinds are encouraged to audition, ages 12+! The rehearsal commitment is minimal, creating a great opportunity to take the stage without a lengthy run. Couples, family members, and friends are encouraged to audition together.
Two performances on February 28th will showcase the cast:
Early Show: Ages 12-18
Late Show: 18+
Rehearsal and Performance Dates
Rehearsals will be February 24-27 and scheduled around actors' availability. Performances will be February 28th, at 5:30PM (Young Actors) and 7:30PM (Adults).
What to Prepare
Please prepare a one-minute monologue and be ready to read for a few scenes during the audition. We love a low-stress, uplifting, positive audition, rehearsal and performance experience and will provide the same to you. More questions? Just ask! [email protected]
