• Fortress Melbourne is a licensed venue and as such valid ID is required and checked upon entrance to the premises.

• If your party books separately, or less than 6 tickets, you will be paired with other adventurers. Each table has a maximum capacity of 6.

• It is recommended that all party members are above the age of 13.

• Beginner and Intermediate ticket holders will not be paired in the same group. If you would like to play with friends, please ensure you purchase the same ticket type.

• Everyone must present a pre-booked ticket on the day, failure to arrive on time may result in an impacted experience or cancelled session.

• All Sessions will take a 15 minuet break during their adventure so our Dungeon Masters have time to refuel.

• Tickets for this event are non-refundable.

• Tickets can only be rescheduled once, and must be requested 72 hours before the event start time.

• Unaccompanied minors are not permitted in the venue at any time. Please make sure any guests under 18 are accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

• Minors are not allowed in the venue past 8:00pm. Due to this, it is highly recommended that any minors participate in the 1:00pm session, otherwise your session will be cut short at 7:55pm for compliance.

• Drink tokens must be redeemed on the day of the event.

• No outside food or drinks.
