Summer camp 202510 Feb - 13 Feb
Waiora scout camp Memorial training Center.
Option 1: room in Center
Cost $40 per night = $120 per room. Rooms are bunks and can sleep 4 people.
Option 2: camping on lawn
Cost $25 per night = $75 per tent.
Food will be catered at $10pp per day. This lovely lady is doing this for us at no cost to herself. She will not be making any money from it.
Activities will be
* Abseiling - run by Emma
* Archery - if can get our own gear by then, run by Emma unless someone else trained up by then.
* Confidence course - parent run
* Bush walk - Emma to run
* Overnight bivy experience for those that are keen - Emma to run
* water slide - parent run
* campfire cooking - parent
If anyone has any other activities they would like to run then please message me directly. This camp will require parents to help please with some of the running of activities. If you are happy to help with a certain activity listed above please let me know.
It will be first in for the rooms in the Center and to secure them payment will need to be received. If we have massive numbers wanting rooms and all center ones get booked we will look at getting the cabins as well. Accomodation costs need to be paid by 30 December to secure spot. There will be no refund after that date if you pull out you will need to find someone to take your spot. Catering cost will be due by 30 January.
