Join us for a beautiful garden oasis sound bath, where soothing vibrations from crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, and chimes will wash over you, helping to relax the mind, reduce stress, and cultivate deep calm. Participants often leave feeling peaceful, clear, and light—perfect for unwinding and reconnecting with your inner self.
This event offers a 60-minute sound bath in the charming outdoor garden oasis of Apoteak apothecary, nestled beside the Pinellas Trail beneath iconic Dunedin umbrellas—an idyllic setting for healing and reflection.
As a special addition, after the sound healing session, you are invited to stay and shake off some stress with an ecstatic dance practice led by Jess, as she hones her skills in ecstatic dance. Embrace your feminine energy and enjoy this lively, freeing dance party designed to uplift and energize.
Please arrive early to enjoy some complimentary, custom Apotëak calming herbal tea before the session begins.
