In this hands-on class, you'll learn the art of crafting delectable Shumai from scratch. Led by our skilled culinary instructor, Emma of The Poke Express, you'll be guided through the process, from filling the dumplings to learning how to steam your creations. Get ready to roll, fold, and pleat your way to a symphony of tastes!

? Your Own Bamboo Steamer:
As a special touch, each participant will receive their very own bamboo steamer to take home. This traditional tool adds an authentic element to your dumpling-making repertoire and ensures you can recreate the magic in your own kitchen.

• Expert-led dumpling making class (will be making pork and shrimp shumai COMBINED)
• All necessary ingredients and tools
