Join us for a hands-on culinary adventure led by Dixya Bhattarai, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Culinary Instructor, and Recipe Developer behind Food, Pleasure, and Health. Born and raised in Kathmandu, Nepal and now based in Birmingham, Dixya brings her love for food, culture, and connection to this interactive cooking class.
You’ll learn to make delicious beef and veggie dumplings from scratch—mixing fillings, mastering folds, and perfecting your technique. Then, craft your own chili oil and take home a 4 oz jar to enjoy later.
No experience is required! We’ll provide all ingredients and equipment. Whether you love cooking or just want to have fun with friends, this class is designed for all skill levels.
