Join us at Kitsilano Beach on Sunday, October 20th, for a Community Cold Plunge and breathwork event. The event is hosted by DUER in collaboration with Tality Spa.
Mercury Guo will lead the group through a breathwork exercise before our plunge, and then we'll warm up and get the blood flowing again with Tai Chi and gentle movement.
Stay and mingle afterwards, and warm up with some Tality tea.

Location: Meet on Kits Beach, in front of the Boathouse Restaurant
Time: Meet at 9:15am
