Pub in the Woods is an epic venue and we need to keep it that way 🥳🤩😍
Here’s a few parish notices that have been provided by them 🌳
🔥 No fires and BBQs - venue will provide
🔞 Over 18 only
🚮 All waste to be disposed in the bins provided by venue
🚧 Please respect the marked off limit areas, this is for your own health and safety
🚽 No elsan points onsite, so please dispose of any toilet waste off site
🚿 There won't be any showers onsite
🐕 Assistance dogs only
🤫 Please be mindful of others and keep any personal music to low levels after the Pub in the woods music has finished
🍕Only event food/drink to be consumed in the PITW area.
🚾 Site toilets will be open during the evening plus an additional portaloo.
🥓 Breakfast will be served between 8am - 9:30am
🔒 The entrance gate will be locked at night but the venue will issue everyone with exit instructions if needed
