If you are a man and have ADHD (or suspected) we would love for you to join our new monthly "walk and talk" in Dublin with Matt, who will meet the group at 7pm at Blackrock park. Matt will meet you at the entrance of the park at the bandstand (next to Blackrock Village). There is a Dart station right around the corner, & bus stops next to the Frascati Shopping Centre. Also, at the end of the park (in Booterstown) there's another Dart station/easy bus route to head back.
