On these Rambles you will learn to identify the wild plants growing all around us and how we can use many of them as food and medicine. We’ll discover different edible and medicinal plants found all around Dublin, discussing basic botany, harvesting considerations, and medicine making techniques.These Rambles are a HerbShare Dublin Workshop in support of the Dublin Herb Bike. We strive for a model of healthcare that is based on solidarity and not charity. Our web of programming aims to build skills, share knowledge and costs, all while providing vibrant healthcare in our community.
Registration is based on sliding scale donations to keep these workshops as open as possible to all members of the community. Donations collected on the day with all monies going to keep the Herb Bike rolling! A donation of €10 is suggested, but no one is turned away for lack of funds. Thank you for your support and for helping us build community through herbalism!
