The DTSB Summer Fitness Series is back!Enjoy free fitness classes led by local, certified instructors in the heart of downtown South Bend!
Classes will take place every Saturday morning on the Gridiron with yoga at 8 am, Zumba at 9 am, and various other fitness classes like Grit, Barre, Hip Hop, and more at 10 am. Brought to you by Beacon Health & Fitness, Physician's Health Plan, Trayam Dermatology, Stretch Lab, and Michiana's best fitness instructors!
On July 27 the following classes will be offered:
Yoga at 8 am with Rian Hutamy from YMCA
Zumba at 9 am with Rian Hutamy from YMCA
Grit at 10 am with Heather Zobrosky from YMCA
The Summer Fitness Series continues through August 31. Participants should dress in appropriate clothing and footwear and bring adequate fluids.
After the success of last summer, the Summer Fitness Food and Personal Item drive for the Food Bank of Northern Indiana is back! Participants are encouraged to bring canned goods, non-perishables, or personal items. Our Collection bins will be available each week for the entire summer!
Free parking is available on the street and in the Leighton Parking Garage. In the event of inclement weather, classes will be canceled. Check the DTSB Facebook page for updates.
