About this Event
This FUN Informative DTLA Museum Exploration Walkabout will meetup @ Union Station in the front by the info desk. Leaving Union Station promptly @10A we will walk to Olvera Street visiting LA Plaza de Cultura y Artes http://www.lapca.org/ and other museums. Leaving Olvera St. we will walk and visit the top of City Hall for the View and more 12:30P-1:30P ,the Bradbury Building and then on to Grand Central Market 2:00P-3:00P for a Bite and/or Drink. After this break we will take Angels Flight up to The Broad https://www.thebroad.org/ (reserve your ticket in advance) then next door The Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles (MOCA) https://www.moca.org/ (reserve your ticket in advance). After this those desiring to leave it should be around 6:30PM. Those wanting to extend the DTLA Museum Exploration will walk down Grand Park into Little Tokyo for a visit to the Japanese American National Museum http://www.janm.org/ (reserve your ticket in advance) then next door to (Closed)The Geffen Contemporary at MOCA https://www.moca.org/visit/geffen-contemporary. We should finish back at our start location of Union Station by 8:30PM. Since we will be in the Little Tokyo/Arts District those wanting to do dinner will have that option..
***This complete walkabout should be around 6 miles.
### We will CONFIRM a Maximum of 12 registered as GOING via reply of attendees to confirmation notice email sent 3days prior to event start time. If no reply is received up to 24hrs. prior to event start time we will assume a No-Show. A minimum of 6 CONFIRMED total is needed via multiple site postings of event for event to not be canceled by host/guide.
