Limited Craft spaces are available. Please bring your own table, tent and chairs as we are limited in our supply.
$100 payable in advance per 10x10 space with your own table and chairs
$150, payable in advance to rent 1 table and 2 chairs from the park
$200 for food vendors, must send proof
**Outdoors on the grass field, bring your own tent, bring your own power source - no onsite power connections
**Kindly donate an item per table to the Raffle upon arrival.
**Additional space/tables are not guaranteed; it is first come, first served. Application Deadline: June 10th, 2025

**The DTES Pow Wow (DTESPW) has a zero tolerance for any harassment, lateral & physical violence. This includes all staff, vendors, performers, attendees & volunteers. If you break this policy, you will be escorted off the premises.
Spaces are limited and filled as full payment and contracts are received by DTES PW Committee.
If selected, prepayment is required by June 20th to guarantee your space.
If payment is not received by that date, you will be placed on a waiting list. In the event that space becomes available, you will be assigned on a first come basis. Vendors will not be allowed to set up until payment is made in full.
Priority is given to handmade crafts by First Nations, Métis and Inuit artists. No commercial toys or candies.
Each vendor space must be cleaned after breakdown by the vendor.
The Powwow Committee are not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged.
