Join us for the 21 Walkathon! Building on the success of our 2018 event, this year promises to be even better! We are thrilled to announce that 21 teams have already signed up.
Kicking off at midday on Saturday, at least one team member from each team will be on the track for a total of 21 hours, finishing at 9am on Sunday morning.
Team members will have the opportunity to take part in four themed laps.
These will be –
Superheroes – dress up as your favourite superhero
Music March – dress up as a music artist, band, or era
PJ’s - get cozy in your pj’s or onesie
Light up the night – as dusk falls the base camps light up!
DJ Nathan will keep us entertained from the Radley Stage during the day and a Silent Disco will help walkers get through those difficult small hours.
As well as walking, each team will have their own base camp where they will organise games, raffles, tombola's, sporting activities, Zumba, arts & crafts and much more!
Our pre-school members will be taking part in a 21 Danceathon where they will rock out for 21 songs straight!
To keep everyone fuelled and refreshed, we have a food van, ice cream van, hog roast, refreshments, and a bar. We also have an exciting line-up of live music performances. Prepare to be entertained by Ice Cold Bears, TakeOverDrive, The Cover Cru, Rockingham, and the DSO Singing and Signing Choir.
